Mudgar, also known as Karlakattai in South India and Indian Clubs internationally. They are wooden club-like training tools that originated in ancient India.
They were traditionally used by wrestlers, farmers, cobblers, martial artists, and military personnel for strength training, improving coordination, and developing shoulder mobility.

Also, as women age, you should maintain muscle mass to protect yourself from any potential injuries.
