Light, smooth swings that loosen the wrists and wake up the nervous system (CNS) — great as a warm-up before training, or as a short session on their own.
Indian Clubs are swung one in each hand, in circles and figure-eights. Moving both sides together trains coordination and keeps the body balanced.
Indian Clubs (600 g each) are for mobility and warming up; the Mudgar (1.5–6 kg) builds strength. Many students use both: clubs first, Mudgar after.
Keep them dry, wipe sweat off after each session, and rub in a little neem oil and castor oil once every 15 days to keep the Teak from drying out. Store upright, away from direct heat.
